Cleats are strongly recommended. A water bottle, sunglasses, and sunscreen should be brought at all times.

No prior experience is required. Our groups are designed to promote learning, enjoyment, and player development, particularly for younger athletes. 

Generally:

• 1 to 2 activities per week, depending on the age division

• Final schedules are shared prior to the start of the season

• We strive to keep commitments manageable for families

Activities are held primarily:

• In Chateauguay (municipal fields and school gymnasiums)

• Occasionally in surrounding municipalities for select games or tournaments

The season takes place from May 20 through the end of August for all age divisions. 

In the event of a practice or game cancellation (weather or unforeseen circumstances), parents are notified promptly:

• Through a notification via MonClubSportif

• Through a post on the association’s Facebook page

• Through direct communication from the coach via the application

The coach will also provide details regarding any rescheduled activity.

Player safety remains our top priority.

Volunteering is not mandatory, but it is greatly appreciated.

Coaching, occasional assistance, events… every helping hand makes a real difference for the players and the association.
